Project Plan
The following list of tasks to be completed should only be seen as a guideline for a successful project plan. Before starting the conversion process to ClassiX®, the company-specific features have to be identified in a preliminary phase and incorporated into the project plan, which is binding for everyone. Only then all upcoming tasks can be distributed to the respective employees or work groups and milestones and deadlines can be set.
The order of completion can be varied, but is at least dependent on the mandatory order of the milestones (see column Remarks/Precondition).
Explanation of the proposed project plan:
Column "Classification":
- Master data Data that must be defined and entered
- Organisation Topics/tasks to be defined from the point of view of the company organisation
- Process Organisational definition of business processes
Column "Topic/task": Description of the topic or task to be dealt with. Details marked with an * are not mandatory for reaching the milestone, but should be "updated" at a later date.
Column "level of ambition": a "good" elaboration/definition of the definition/data will facilitate future work. The low/medium/high data should indicate the "need for discussion" that may be necessary.
Column "Range":
- L Management level or superordinate department
- F Departmental level
- EDP EDP area
Task type" column:
- Definition Definition of data/processes
- System configuration DV technical task
- Data entry/acceptance
Column "Commentary/precondition": For topics/tasks explanatory text and for milestones the indication of the milestone reached before, which is mandatory. This results in a minimum sequence of the conversion process to be adhered to.
